Achievement shows Peak Health’s commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional member experience
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Peak Health announced today that its Peak Advantage Medicare plan has earned a 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the highest rating awarded through the Medicare Advantage Star Ratings program.
CMS Star Ratings measure the quality and performance of Medicare Advantage plans across a range of measures, including health outcomes, access to care, and member experience.
This accomplishment is particularly significant for Peak Advantage, which launched in 2023. Earning a 5-Star Rating just a few years after launch underscores Peak Health’s commitment to excellence in both clinical care and customer service, as well as its focus on creating a superior experience for its members.
“Achieving this level of performance so early in Peak Advantage’s journey is something our entire organization can be proud of,” said Ben Gerber, CEO of Peak Health. “We’re grateful to everyone who has helped make this possible and remain focused on earning our members’ trust every day.”
Amos Ross, President of Peak Health added, “This 5-star rating reflects the dedication and commitment of our Peak Health team, our provider owners – WVU Medicine, Marshall Health Network, and Valley Health, and our partnerships with other providers in our community. Most importantly, it reflects the positive impact that our work together is having on our members and the care they receive.”
As Peak Advantage continues to grow, Peak Health remains focused on delivering high-quality care, responsive service, and a member experience that addresses the needs of the communities it serves.
