As President, Amos Ross is responsible for all aspects of Peak Health’s operations, staffing and capabilities development.

Amos has held multiple positions in health plan finance and operations over the last decade working at Highmark and Gateway Health (now Highmark Wholecare) to support the development of Highmark’s integrated delivery system, Gateway’s Medicaid, and Medicare products, as well as Highmark’s Medicare and Medicaid products. Most recently, Amos was responsible for cost containment and risk adjustment for Highmark’s Medicaid Markets operating segment.

Amos started his career in public accounting and then consulting serving state and federal contractors.

A native of West Virginia, Amos holds a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University. He also holds an MBA and an MSPPM from Carnegie Mellon University.
